This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) governs your use of the Website (www.phulwaa.com) which is owned by Twinspiration Blooms Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred as “Phulwaa”, “We”, or “Us”) for the service accessed through the Website/App, collectively (hereinafter referred as “the Service”). This Policy has been created for You in order to understand how We collect, use and transfers Your information while You use the Website/services, so that You could freely use our Website without having any fear of any circumstances and We will consider that You are consenting to us collecting, using and transferring Your information when You submit the information in the Website.

Payment:
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
All payments made against the purchases of Products/services from website by you, shall compulsorily be in Indian Rupees. Platform will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on our Platform.
You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by the Platform is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the Platform. The Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, Platform is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.
You, as a User, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Us to purchase the services using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to Us using Payment Facility.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 1 to 2 hr of purchase.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Exchange policy is available for monthly subscriptions only.
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided for minor wear and tear or natural imperfections in the product.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the flowers are deemed defective or significantly damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence and contact us within 3 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Items
- Flowers are perishable and organic products; hence, refunds are not feasible once accessed.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
Refund Process
- Contact us at [contact@phulwaa.com] to initiate a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be requested for defective or damaged items within 24 hours of receipt and a pictures needs to be clicked and emailed on contact@phulwaa.com. This exchange is applicable only for the products on our website except the flower subscription.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Timelines: The Refund shall take max 10 to 15 days for refunds or return requests.
Initiating a Cancellation:-
- To raise a cancellation request of subscription, please choose the option of cancel in your account dashboard on our Platform or drop us an email on contact@phulwaa.com and we will process your request.
- Once cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes seven (07) business days to initiate refund only upon successful inspection of subscription package.
