We currently ship to Pune, IN and will be open to more location very soon. If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

 

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.

 

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic orders: 5-7 business days.
  • International orders: 10-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.

 

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Free shipping is available for orders above INR 599.
  • Expedited shipping options may available for an additional fee based on the delivery location.

 

5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from contact@phulwaa.com with a tracking number.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In case of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
